Meghan McCain arrived at the April 26 "Time 100" party in New York with a bit of a new look. Th senator's daughter, author and blogger arrived with her trademark curly blond locks all tied up so she could flash some distinctive new bangs.Speaking with People, McCain also admits that she's also gone a little blonder. "Blonder is always better, for me," she says. "I'm from Arizona, which is like being from Texas. So I like big hair and blond hair -- and lots of makeup all the time."The 26-year-old was one of the more fashion-forward presences at the event, also wearing a zipper-covered Alexander McQueen dress.
